The ketogenic forums

The ketogenic forums is a free social space for discussing ketogenic diets, created by Carl and Richard from the 2KetoDudes podcast.  It was created because Facebook has a fundamental constitutive flaw, namely that it was designed to reward users with novelty so that they could be sold products via advertising. Because of that it is almost impossible to find information in a facebook community.  Facebook's search is intentionally broken, that thing you saw last week on FB you will never see again. The ketogenic forums search function works, unlike Facebooks.  The patreon supports Richard to keep the forum online
